6 month rolling contract | £150 P/W Accommodation bonus if outside the area | Supportive Management | 3 consecutive days a week in county 

We are currently looking for an experienced Children with Disabilities Social worker to work with a stable authority based in the South West. 

You will work with children with a range of physical, learning, and development disabilities where you will carry out assessments, develop care plans, and provide tailored support to meet the needs of the child and their family. As well as this you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, education providers, and other agencies and ensure safeguarding measures are in place and adhered to, promoting the welfare and safety of every child.
