It comes to show that Social Workers are more inclined to stay in a role if they are paid highly paid and well supported, and due to a refreshing change in Senior Management it’s an exciting time to be joining the Child Protection team in this West Midlands service, with a real buzz around the place they are on the up and are looking for excellent social workers to join this tight knit bunch.

The team are operating under a hybrid working model working 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, are willing to increase this depending on your diary and visits.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
