Are you a Senior Nurse (RGN) looking for a new challenge? Our client is the UK’s leading hospital group and they are looking for a dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join their motivated team in Swindon. As a Senior Nurse, you will:
  • Maintain high standards of patient care in line with operational policies.
  • Enhance customer service and satisfaction for service users.
  • Promote and safeguard the well-being of patients, employees, and consultants.
  • Act as an advocate for junior team members and deputise for senior staff when needed.
  • Provide individualised patient care and advocate for patient safeguarding.

The ideal Senior Nurse Nurse will have:
  • Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
  • Mentorship Qualification.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Basic workload and shift management skills.
  • Proficiency in PC use and 18 months post-registration experience.
