We are looking for a Senior Mental Nurse to join a highly-respected service in West London. This role comes with an excellent salary of £49,314, bespoke training & development pathways, overtime & weekend salary enhancements, and more excellent benefits.

As a Senior Mental Health Nurse you will have a genuine chance to shape the future of a state-of-the-art hospital. You’ll be providing leadership and guidance to the MDT, along with being responsible for ensuring the nursing team deliver top-rate mental health care.

As a Senior Mental Health Nurse you will:

Deliver high quality, service user focussed care for patients
Work alongside a team of professionals including Ward Managers, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists and Activity Coordinators
Provide leadership and guidance to fellow members of the MDT
Engage in continuous quality improvement within the service
