As a Registered Manager RMN, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a home within a Mental Health setting
• Ensuring CQC compliance as a registered home manager
• Supporting older people with complex physical and mental health needs
• Dealing with challenging and disinhibited behaviour & Drug & Alcohol misuse
