As a Registered Surgical Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing post-surgical care to patients.
• Managing patient care from admittance to discharge.
• Promoting best practices and contributing to quality improvements.
• Collecting, collating, and organising data for patient assessments.
• Participating in clinical skills training to provide effective care across various specialisms.
• Rotating across other clinical areas, such as critical care, to enhance your professional development.
