As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality
• Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Maintain professional standards in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines
• Lead shifts in the absence of a Nurse Band 6 and manage immediate incidents
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and the wider team
• Participate in audits, research, and service development initiatives

The ideal Registered Nurse Band 5 candidate will:

• Be a Registered Nurse with evidence of continuing professional development
• Have experience working with children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a holistic approach to care
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is preferred
• Show commitment to the charity's vision and values and possess a flexible, motivated attitude.
