As a Registered Nurse, you will:

- Ensure standards of patient care are consistently maintained.
- Maintain and enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Promote and safeguard the well-being of patients, employees, and consultants.
- Provide individualised patient care.
- Uphold professional standards as per NMC and HCPC guidelines.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse position will have:

- Registered general nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies.
- Valid NMC Registration.
- Excellent clinical applied knowledge.
- Proficiency in PC use, including software and systems.
- 18 months post-registration experience.

Candidates wishing to apply for a Senior Registered Nurse role will have:

- Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
- Basic workload/shift management skills.
