As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Take responsibility for the well-being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Coach and guide the care team, providing both formal and informal teaching programmes.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
• Drive and run the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
• Provide clinical guidance to the care team and ensure best practice is continually delivered.
• Forge meaningful connections with residents and their families, offering kindness, support, and care.
