As a Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:

 

  • Leading a team of approximately 25 people.
  • Promoting a strong safeguarding culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with all governing body regulations and company policies.
  • Developing and motivating a high-performing team.
  • Maintaining high standards of care and education.
  • Overseeing compliance, leadership, and health and safety.
