Our client operates within the social care sector, offering a range of clinical and social care services aimed at young adults aged 16-25 with mental health needs. They are committed to providing high-quality care and support to help young people thrive.

As a Registered Manager, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of a CQC registered residential home
• Ensure the provision of therapeutic care for young people
• Supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Residential Support Workers
• Conduct referral assessments and manage placements
• Handle rota management and ensure staff coverage
• Manage quality reviews and inspections
• Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and company policies

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Manager
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management
• Experience working with young adults with complex mental health needs in a residential setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Full clean driving licence (preferred)
