As a Registered Manager, you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of a Children’s Home
• Ensure the welfare and safety of all residents
• Manage and support a team of care professionals
• Develop and implement care plans
• Liaise with parents, carers, and other professionals

• 2 years of experience managing a Children’s Home
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
