Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Regional Operations Manager - Children's Homes to oversee a cluster of 9 homes in Nottinghamshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a team in providing exceptional care to children and young people.

This role comes with a competitive salary of £60,969 - £72,055 per annum following successful completion of the probation period. As the Regional Operations Manager - Children's Homes, you will:

  • Coach and support the Registered Home Managers to enhance team performance.
  • Develop strategic plans to grow the business within your cluster.
  • Monitor quality and manage performance to meet KPIs and regulations.
  • Regularly visit homes to build relationships and understand each child's needs.
  • Maintain registration as the Responsible Individual for your cluster.
  • Manage financial controls and budgetary parameters.
  • Develop cost-effective solutions for business opportunities.
  • Lead the mobilisation of new and acquired homes within your cluster.
  • Handle emergency on-call responsibilities as per a planned rota.

The ideal Regional Operations Manager - Children's Homes will have:

  • Full working knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations/Quality Standards
  • Ability to meet requirements for registration as a Responsible Individual
  • Willingness to travel around the Midlands area
  • Experience leading a Residential Children's home to Ofsted 'Outstanding'
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience as an Operations Manager (desirable)
