Our client is on the hunt for a Regional Clinical Care Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. As a Regional Clinical Care Specialist, you will:

  • Partner with the Care Quality, Governance, and Quality Director on clinical projects and initiatives.
  • Provide project management support to the Programme Manager, assisting with training on systems and procedures.
  • Support investigations and troubleshoot issues, working closely with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate and manage audits and improvement plans.
  • Lead, empower, support, and motivate others without direct supervision.
  • Deliver high-quality, relationship-centred care.

The ideal Regional Clinical Care Specialist will have:

  • Registration with the NMC.
  • Nursing/Clinical Degree.
  • Level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management (or currently working towards).
  • Eligibility to register with CQC.
  • Experience in co-ordinating and managing audits and improvement plans.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in leading, empowering, enabling, and motivating others.
  • Excellent leadership skills and proficiency in, medications and electronic care planning systems.
