Our client is a renowned specialist mental health service provider in Bradford, West Yorkshire. They offer top-notch mental health care across three wards, including acute service, PICU, and a highly specialised Autism Spectrum Disorder Service.

The Clinical Manager (RMN or RNLD) will:

  • Provide direction and contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice.
  • Ensure delivery of optimum clinical and therapeutic care.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
  • Deliver against key performance indicators.
  • Lead and deliver the hospital strategy as part of the Senior Management team.
  • Provide operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group.

To apply for the Clinical Manager (RMN or RNLD) role, you should:

  • Be an experienced Senior RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin number.
  • Have 2+ years of management experience.
  • Be skilled in interpreting and analysing complex information and managing complex circumstances.
  • Have experience in setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
  • Be adept at preparing and presenting reports at a senior management level.
  • Be compassionate and focused on patient recovery, monitoring, managing, and reducing risk while supporting service user independence.
