As an RMN Deputy Ward Manager, you will:

• Provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team.
• Support the Ward Manager with delegated responsibilities.
• Supervise an agreed group of staff.
• Cover for the Ward Manager when needed.
• Work on a rota basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts.

Package and Benefits:

The RMN Deputy Ward Manager role comes with an attractive package:

• Annual salary of £43,000 - £46,300, depending on experience.
• £5000 welcome bonus.
• Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts: 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next.
• Weekend and night shifts with a 20% enhancement.
• Rota available 6 weeks in advance.
