<p>Leaders In Care is looking for a Peripatetic Nurse to work across West Midlands. You'll be responsible for providing clinical practice to Care Homes in the region to meet the needs of our client's organisation.<br>
<br>
 As a Peripatetic Nurse in the West Midlands region, you will earn an excellent salary of £52,000 plus excellent company benefits.</p>

<p>You will be working in various homes across the region, travelling between nursing homes in the  area caring for vulnerable and elderly people. You will therefore need your own transport to access the various locations.</p>

<p>If you were already in this Peripatetic Nurse role, these are some of the things you would have been focusing on this week:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Undertaking tasks including distribution of prescribed medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and appropriate intervention in the management of chronic medical conditions
	<li>Carrying out regular checks on residents, ensuring a clear and concise handover report is given at the end of the shift
	<li>Ensuring that Clients Care Plans are completed and maintained
	<li>Liaising with health and social care professionals to maintain a holistic approach to residents' care.
</ul>

<p>You will also be reporting any ill-health amongst clients and make requests for GP visits where necessary. The RN will demonstrate maximum integrity in all dealings with residents' personal and financial affairs.<br>
<br>
To apply for this role, you will need be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current PIN, ideally with adult nurse experience. Previous experience in a care home setting is also desirable.</p>

<p>As a Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will receive a competitive annual salary of £52,000, plus additional company benefits.</p>
