About the Role:

In this role, you’ll provide specialist advice and assessments to older adults experiencing mental health challenges, whether longstanding or newly emerging. Your focus will be on:

• Conducting thorough assessments

• Creating tailored care plans

• Supporting individuals and their families throughout their journey
