As a Nurse Unit Lead you will:
Head up a specialist unit providing strong organisation and supervision to clinical and non-clinical staff
Deliver clinical care to residents based on their individual care plans
Liaise with management within the home to ensure outstanding delivery of care
Manage staffing and skill mix to ensure optimum levels of care
The ideal Nurse Unit Lead will have:
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
Experience leading a clinical team and supervising others
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A commitment to high-quality care and team development
A flexible, can-do attitude and fine-tuned decision-making skills
