As the Night Coordinator, you will:
Lead and manage hospital operations during the night
Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and healthcare team
Oversee patient care and ensure safe staffing levels
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Mentor and support staff through supervisions and post-incident debriefs
Review and respond to incoming referrals and support admissions
The ideal Night Coordinator will:
Be a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid licence
Have experience in a managerial or leadership role within a healthcare setting
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be committed to patient-centred care, quality, and safety
Be capable of balancing conflicting demands using adaptive thinking and positive problem-solving
