As the Night Coordinator, you will:
  • Lead and manage hospital operations during the night
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and healthcare team
  • Oversee patient care and ensure safe staffing levels
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
  • Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Mentor and support staff through supervisions and post-incident debriefs
  • Review and respond to incoming referrals and support admissions
 
The ideal Night Coordinator will:
  • Be a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid licence
  • Have experience in a managerial or leadership role within a healthcare setting
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be committed to patient-centred care, quality, and safety
  • Be capable of balancing conflicting demands using adaptive thinking and positive problem-solving
