As a Lead Scrub Practitioner, you will:

  • Support the operational management of the theatre team.
  • Conduct various audits and ensure stock and consumable requirements are met.

The ideal Lead Scrub Practitioner will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Urology Theatres.
  • Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse qualifications with a valid NMC Pin or HCPC registration.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Some management experience, with training and development provided.
  • A collaborative team spirit, willing to support colleagues when needed.
