As the Home Manager, you'll be:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the residential care home.
• Directing a team of care professionals with a passion for delivering the highest standards of care.
• Building excellent relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
• Participating in leisure and social activities, which are a crucial part of the residents' day.
• Ensuring personalised care is provided to residents in line with their personal care plans.

The ideal Home Manager will have:

• At least 3+ years working as a manager in an elderly care home setting
• Excellent operational management experience.
• Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections
• experience in marketing a care home and budgeting
