Our client, who operate a group of Nursing and Residential homes across the North is on the hunt for a Home Manager to oversee their care home near Fleetwood this exciting opportunity is commutable Blackpool, Fleetwood, Preston and surrounding areas

As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary of 65,000, Plus KPI-based bonus, and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, great holiday structure

As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Nursing home
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Managing and training staff

• An annual salary starting at £65,000

The ideal Home Manager will have:

• A nursing qualification (desirable but not essential)
• At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position
• A good knowledge of CQC compliance
• Evidence of Good, Outstanding CQC inspections
