<p>With a competitive salary up to £65,000 , this role offers a supportive environment and a great benefits package including comprehensive pension plan and holiday pay as part of your benefits package, and up to 10% KPI Bonus</p>

<p>Our client is a well-established national care home provider, dedicated to providing exceptional care and a supportive environment for both residents and staff.</p>

<p>As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

	<li>Managing staff and ensuring high standards of care
	<li>Budget management and financial planning
