As the Home Manager, you will be:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the state of the art nursing home
• Ensuring the care home maintains the highest standards of care
• Managing budgets and overseeing financial planning
• Directing and training a team of care professionals
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

• A nursing pin (desirable)
