We're on the hunt for a dedicated Home Manager to join a directing Luxury healthcare provider specialising in Nursing and Residential care for the elderly. This role is based near Cheltenham , and is commutable from Worcester, Gloucester, Oxford and surrounding areas It's a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the residents.

As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary up to £70,000 and the chance to earn A Industry Bonus. You'll also benefit from 30 days of annual leave, a pension scheme, and the opportunity to progress within the company.

As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home
