<p>Leaders in Care are currently helping a Local Authority in South Wales bring in an experienced Fostering Social Worker. With most of the Children Looked After under foster care, it’s clear to improve outcomes for these Children, that the Fostering Service must be strengthened.</p>

<p>The is ideal for experienced Fostering Social Workers seeking a new challenge where you will work autonomously and manage your own diary with lots of opportunity to aid children within the area and create positive outcomes on this journey.  </p>

<p>Flexible working is encouraged and the Local Authority are keen to hire quickly, you will have prior fostering experience to ensure you can hit the ground running and embark on this journey to impact positive change for Children within the area.</p>
