Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge? 

 

We're currently seeking a highly experienced fostering deputy / manager, to join a well established Independent Fostering Agency based in Leeds as Registered Manager.. 

 

Although you will be based in Leeds, you will be responsible for covering Yorkshire and the North East.

 

Benefits of the role include a generous annual salary of up to £70k, You will also get a generous holiday allowance of 28 days not including bank holidays. This role is also hybrid and offers some flexible working arrangements, to ensure you maintain that all important work life balance.

 

In this IFA, you will be joining a close-knit team where there is a real focus on professional development, with 2 of the senior management team being homegrown, giving a real family feel to the service, which shines through when caring for all children and families involved in the service.

 

As the registered manager, you will also be responsible for 

  • Recruitment and retention of staff and carers
  • Maintenance of a sustainable placement profile 
  • Delivery of a quality of service that meets the needs of children and young people 
  • Innovate and generate cretive ideas to sustain the highest level of care to all service users 
  • Promote the agencies values, culture and ethos 

 

For this role, you require a level 5 management qualification, or a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England. As well as significant management experience in fostering.
