We are looking for a Diabetes Practice Nurse to join a leading provider of health improvement services across the UK, based in King's Lynn. This Diabetes Practice Nurse role comes with a salary of up to £44,000, a £5,400 car allowance, excellent training and development opportunities, and a range of additional benefits.

This Diabetes Practice Nurse role is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of people with Type 2 diabetes. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive team committed to delivering proactive and patient-centred care in primary care settings. - Delivering care in line with national diabetes guidelines
- Supporting patients with sub-optimally controlled Type 2 diabetes
- Conducting point-of-care testing and insulin referrals
- Providing patient education and lifestyle advice
- Collaborating with GPs and the wider healthcare team to ensure optimal care
- Fulfilling corporate nursing responsibilities
We are looking for a Diabetes Practice Nurse with:
- A Diabetes Diploma or equivalent ENB qualification
- At least 3 years' experience managing diabetes in primary care
- Strong knowledge of oral hypoglycaemic management
- Confidence in delivering patient education and support
- A valid NMC pin and full UK driving licence
