The Deputy Ward Manager - Nights will:

• Oversee the safe operation of all units during night shifts.
• Ensure patient needs are assessed and care programmes are developed and delivered according to policy.
• Assist Charge Nurses in evaluating the care provided by night nursing staff.
• Maintain high standards of care at night, leading by example.
• Guide and develop night nursing staff, providing feedback and training.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurses to ensure safe staffing levels at night.
