As a Deputy Manager (Clinical), you will:

• Support the Home Manager in ensuring all resident and staffing needs are met.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for residents, their families, employees, and visitors.
• Deliver high-quality care in line with standards set by the Trust, CQC, Local Authority, and other regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrate passion for care through effective leadership and clinical skills.

The ideal Deputy Manager (Clinical) will:

• Be a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a Residential or Nursing setting.
• Have a strong working knowledge of CQC standards.
• Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
