As a Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage staff and home resources.
  • Ensure high standards of service, exceeding regulatory standards.
  • Manage the budget and ensure business viability.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the home.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, external agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety requirements.
  • Work on a shift basis, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety requirements.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
