As a Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of an Ofsted regulated residential provision.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care, promoting best outcomes for young people.
  • Lead and develop a motivated team, ensuring relevant and effective training.
  • Maintain high standards of communication with social work teams and other key partners.
  • Take overall responsibility for regulatory requirements and safeguarding risks.
  • Develop partnerships with external providers and educational professionals.
  • Ensure the physical environment is maintained to a high standard.
  • Achieve and maintain an Ofsted rating of at least Good.
