The Deputy Home Manager will:
  • Lead on clinical governance and compliance.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all residents is assessed, planned, implemented, and evaluated.
  • Motivate and inspire the care team to deliver high standards of care.
  • Communicate effectively with CQC, Social Services, and Safeguarding teams.
  • Implement action plans for improvement and maintain a reputation for high-quality care.

The ideal Deputy Home Manager will have:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) qualifications with an active NMC PIN.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in a nursing home setting with older people.
  • Proven experience of leading a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work.
