As a Deputy Home Manager, you will:
- Assist in managing home operations to meet or exceed goals.
- Oversee care staff and assume full management in the Home Manager's absence.
- Train and supervise staff through direct instruction and by example.
- Assist with resident pre-admission assessments and maintain care plans.
- Foster effective communication with residents' families and organisations.

The ideal Deputy Manager will have:
- Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager.
- Ability to engage with service users to understand and meet their needs.
- Knowledge of safeguarding adult/abuse referral pathways.
- Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
- Skills to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
- NMC registration with relevant nursing experience.
