Salary: £36,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance + Mileage
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week across 5 days (2-week rolling rota)
Location: Community-based (travel required)
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who thrives in a community setting?
Our client, a leading provider of patient-focused healthcare services, is seeking a confident and compassionate community nurse to support patients in their own homes with a range of clinical interventions.
Renal experience—particularly Peritoneal Dialysis—is highly desirable for this role, as you'll be supporting patients with complex long-term conditions.
This is a varied and autonomous role where you’ll deliver safe, high-quality care in the community, working closely with patients, carers and NHS partners. You’ll have time to focus on what matters most: personalised, professional care that improves lives.
Deliver a range of community-based nursing interventions, including:
Peritoneal Dialysis (if competent)
IV and injection medication administration
Phlebotomy and cannulation
Equipment setup and patient education
Support patients to self-manage treatment where appropriate
Accurately document clinical activity in real time
Undertake clinical assessments and contribute to care planning
Communicate effectively with wider care teams and stakeholders
Maintain full compliance with mandatory training and NMC requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC PIN
At least 2 years’ post-registration experience
Community experience is an advantage
Renal experience (especially Peritoneal Dialysis) highly desirable
Confident working independently and managing your own schedule
Full UK driving licence
Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
£36,000 base salary + £4,800 car allowance
