The ideal Clinical Unit Manager will:

• Be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
• Have proven experience as a Registered Nurse, with some leadership experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
