Clinical Pharmacist SACT

We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with hospital experience to join a collaborative pharmacy team in a Winchester Hospital. This full-time role comes with a salary of up to £47,500 and many excellent benefits.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the Pharmacy team. Accepting applications from GPhC (UK) Registered Pharmacists with experience in a hospital setting and SACT experience.
During your first few weeks in this Clinical Pharmacist role, you can expect to:

• Provide a comprehensive and effective patient centred clinical pharmacy service to designated wards. You will have the opportunity to work in various clinical disciplines.
• Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience.
• Contribute proactively to ensure optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.

You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist.
