Clinical Pharmacist

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:

• Provide advice and support to consultants, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.
• Interact with patients across various departments to determine their pharmaceutical needs and review medication history.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and consultants to improve patient outcomes.
• Suggest new processes and equipment to enhance health outcomes and safety.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in prescribing practices.
