As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will:

• Oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
• Create and update individual care plans for residents.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
• Provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the team.
• Develop strong relationships with key partners within the community.
• Ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas.
• Provide cover out of hours as required.

The ideal Clinical Nurse Manager will have:

• Proven clinical experience in a nursing home environment
• Active NMC pin - RGN, RMN or RNLD
• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Ability to create and maintain accurate care plans and medication records.
• Flexibility to cover out of hours when needed.
