As a Clinical Lead Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team of nurses and care staff
Assisting the Home Manager in running the service
Ensuring high standards of care are maintained
Liaising with relatives and external healthcare professionals
Providing hands-on clinical care when needed
