As a Clinical Lead, you will:
Assess and supervise all aspects of client care needs, providing health supervision and direct nursing care.
Evaluate social and healthcare needs of new clients and maintain ongoing assessments for all clients.
Ensure client care plans are completed and maintained in line with NMC guidelines and company policy.
Administer prescribed medications and document as per procedures.
Maintain integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs.
Supervise and instruct junior staff, offering guidance and support.
Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
