As a Clinical Lead, you will:
Develop and implement clinical governance policies with the Home Manager.
Mentor and support nurses and carers, providing training on clinical practices.
Maintain and ensure care records and plans meet regulatory standards.
Monitor clinical standards and implement improvements.
Collaborate with management to foster a positive work environment.
Act as a role model, demonstrating good clinical practice.
