As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and legal requirements
• Providing specialist nursing support and advice
• Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager’s absence
• Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic service
• Mentoring and sharing knowledge with team members
• Supporting students as a practice supervisor and assessor
• Delivering a person-centred approach to care
• Recognising and responding to signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect
• Attending safeguarding training and additional related training
• Seeking advice and reporting concerns, escalating if necessary

The ideal Clinical Lead candidate will have:

• Registered Nurse status with a valid Pin number
• Experience in a clinical leadership role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to mentor and coach staff
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations
