Childrens Social Worker (Safeguarding)

6 month rolling contract | 2 days in county | Manageable Caseload | Supportive Management

We are currently looking for an experienced Safeguarding Social Worker with 3+ years post qualification experience to join a Safeguarding team, where complex cases are fairly distributed across the team, where you are supported by an excellent manager and get regular training.

A supportive team is key for success. We all know how Social Workers can be burnt out by explosive caseloads however, this role offers a stable long term contract with manageable caseloads to offer you that perfect work/life balance. However, you will be required to be in the area.
