This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a real impact on patient care. The role comes with a fantastic salary of £46,014-£49,314 per annum plus a £5,000 bonus.

As a Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse, you will:

  • Ensure high standards of care for patient's mental and physical health.
  • Act as a role model and provide leadership to junior staff.
  • Work effectively as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team.
  • Support recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Commit to supervision, appraisal, and Continuous Professional Development.
  • Oversee Care Plans, Risk Assessments, and report writing.
  • Understand Mental Health Act Legislation and statutory regulations.
  • Manage staffing, skill mix, and lead shifts.
