As a Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse, you will:
- Ensure high standards of care for patient's mental and physical health.
- Act as a role model and provide leadership to junior staff.
- Work effectively as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team.
- Support recruitment and retention efforts.
- Commit to supervision, appraisal, and Continuous Professional Development.
- Oversee Care Plans, Risk Assessments, and report writing.
- Understand Mental Health Act Legislation and statutory regulations.
- Manage staffing, skill mix, and lead shifts.
