As a Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers.
• Assisting the Registered Manager with staff rotas and coverage.
• Identifying and addressing care and training needs.
• Providing training to staff.
• Supporting the day-to-day management of the home.
• Acting as a key worker and role model for junior staff.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of care and well-being for young people.

The ideal Deputy Manager will have:

• Full driving licence.
