Assessment Practice Manager

Outside IR35 | 20% tax |Travel Expenses paid | Channel Islands Practice Manager | Assessment

If you fancy a change of scenery,  then we are looking for an experienced practice manager to join the front door / assessment service in a highly regarded council in the channel islands.

You will supervising a team of up to 6 social workers, so ideally you'll have managed before, and supervised social workers to achieve best practice. The service has been pretty much fully staffed for the last 6 months, so by no means is this crisis point - but rather a time to advocate the best outcomes for service users and put best practice first.

There has been a massive drive on service improvement within the organisation, and a recent recruitment drive has secured an exceptional management team who have a great track record on mainland England, who very much plan to carry this best practice over.

If all this, and the idea of living in a genuine holiday destination doesn’t interest you then perhaps an attractive pay rate of £50/h might…
